Fees:
Reschedule fee: If we have to reschedule for reasons outside of our control, no fee will be assessed. If you have to reschedule for reasons within your control, there will be an immediate charge of a $100.00 fee. Clients are allowed 1 reschedule date if however client is unable to make it to the next set date client will have to completely rebook.
Late fee: If you are 10 minutes late to your session it will be a charge of $10.00. If you are 20 minutes late it will be a charge of $20.00. If you are more than 30 minutes late without communication it will be considered a no call no show and your session will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policy: Client must cancel 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations are unacceptable. If client decides to cancel appointment deposits, and any fees paid will be non-refundable and non-negotiable.
Rush Order Fee: If client wants their pictures to arrive earlier than the expected processing times there will be an additional charge of a $150.00 fee.
Travel Fee: If client wants to choose a location outside of the provided studio locations of the photographer there will be a travel fee ranging from $60-200 depending on the distance.
FAQ
What Payment Methods are acceptable and not acceptable?
All payments will be accepted through the square app using card method of choice including; Visa, Debit, Credit, Gift Cards etc. I do NOT accept cash. All other third-party apps are not acceptable. Card Only.
Can I extend the session the day of ?
You would need to at least let me know as soon as we start so I can make sure my schedule is cleared just for you. I understand you may need more time as client and I am beyond reasonable and flexible. There may be an additional charge.
Do you have an indoor location?
Yes, I currently do studio photography but I am also flexible and open to traveling locations depending on the distance.
What is your processing time?
My processing times vary anywhere between 1-6 weeks depending on the demand.
